Ever thought the appendix was useless? Well, according to a recent article, you’re wrong!
The appendix recently has been found to be a storehouse for your good bacteria, and it even aides your body in fighting off infections! It is also connected to the immune system because it produces some of your white blood cells.
We felt that this was another compelling reason why the best health strategy is to consume beneficial good bacteria or probiotics on a daily basis because it is obvious to us the many systems in our body rely on this proper good bacteria replenishment. These good bacteria support our overall good health. Consuming a probiotic daily could be considered the foundation of your good health!
Tell TAP: What are your thoughts about the appendix?

When the illeo cecal valve opens, the appendix is triggered which releases enzymes and lubriants whic help the colon move the waste matrial through the asending colon and helps with the parastalic action.
The problem is through years of bad eating and food combining along with an acidic diet, this area becomes impacted and inflamed and the fluids from the appendix can are blocked
thus appendicitis.
This has been known for 100 years by competent nutritionist. No surprsie here and until people take their health into their own hands, the appendix will continue to be tken out by the butchers of the allopathic community.
You know 150 to 250 years ago. Appendicitis wasnt nearly as common as it is now. Many scientists are attributing most of this to modern sanitation practices. In a classic use it or lose scenario. A few centuries ago, we had bad sanitation and our food wasnt nearly as clean as it is today. Consequently, our GI tracks very often got a work. We lived with more episodic diarrhea and we had worms. So, after a case of diarrhea, the appendix would squeeze out some bacteria to repopulate the GI tract. Now with hand washing, radiated food and inspections. We do not have food borne illnesses to the same degree as we used too. But, we still have bad bacteria to contend with. Our appendix often sits idle and if bad bacteria get in there. They can become impacted and cause inflamation of the walls of the appendix. So what have we learned? I guess don’t wash your hands and dont wash your veggies all of the time? Maybe, but I would rather take some pharmacuetical grade probiotics Like Natren produces instead and keep washing my food and hands.
So the question is what to do if you no longer have your appendix?
Hi Steve–
Great question! If you no longer have your appendix, it is especially important to supplement with high-quality, high-potency probiotics like Natren’s Healthy Trinity, every day! Because your body’s probiotic storehouse is no longer there, it is very important to keep new probiotics coming in to help maintain a positive balance in your digestive system. Good luck to you and please let us know how you do.
Sincerely,
The Team at TAP

Hi, I have a question how long after taking life start on an empty stomach should I wait before eating? And cant it be drunk with regular cows milk?
Hi Erika–
Great question! You can take the Lifestart on an empty stomach or immediately after eating. You don’t need to wait more than 5 minutes or so after taking the Lifestart before eating– so enjoy! Also, yes, you can mix the powder into milk, although it’s best to take it with filtered, room-temperature water. Let us know if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
The Team at TAP
As far as I know. Natren’s probiotics are refrigerated and guarranteed at time of consumption. Not like those cheap probiotics that your probably used to sitting on 75F shelfs attracting dust at your local Walmart.
Very good article I enjoy your website carry on the good articles
